DIY: Green Tea Mask

In hopes of making up my absence of the past couple of days.. DOUBLE UPDATE!
So.. it's that time of the month in Lauren's hormones where all the pimples decide to party it up on my face. One thing I do in times of breaking out is make a green tea mask.  Not only does it not require a lot of ingredients, but it's also super easy to make! Check it out!

Three ingredients we will be using are: green tea, honey, and flour. Green tea is loaded with moisture, therefore whenever you need that extra burst of water on your skin, try looking for products with green tea extract. Not only does green tea provide moisture for your skin, but it is also loaded with antioxidants that provide extra vitamins to your skin. These antioxidants work as an anti-inflammatory ingredient. Therefore, when you have troubled skin, green tea is a natural and gentle way to reduce inflammation while also providing moisture to your skin. Honey has anti-inflammatory effects because its naturally antibacterial, therefore it's good for acne treatment and prevention.Lastly flour helps lighten discoloration spots on the face.

Ingredients:
  1. Water
  2. Flour
  3. Green Tea Powder
  4. Honey
  5. Bowl

Step 1: Place about two tablespoons of flour into the bowl.
Step 2: Place one table spoon of the green tea powder into the bowl.

 3. Mix the mixture as you add one table spoon of water into the mixture.
4. Add one table spoon of honey into the mixture.
5. Mix Mix Mix until you get a nice smooth consistency. Apply the mask onto your face for about 15 minutes and rinse!
